About the experience:
Chocolate is everywhere, but most kids (and adults!) don’t know it grows from the ground as cacao beans! In Singapore's only live chocolate making workshop, participants roast raw cacao beans, grind them down, and transform them into their very own chocolate bar.
Along the way, they’ll see, smell, and touch the raw ingredients, explore the origins of chocolate, and visit their rooftop cacao trees and bees that help pollinate them. Every step makes the chocolate-making process tangible and memorable, turning a sweet treat into a hands-on learning experience.
Learning highlight:
Expand kids' knowledge of food, helping them understand where food really comes from — connecting what they eat to nature and farming.
Encourages hands-on learning as kids explore through touch, smell, and taste.
