  • What is Kloop?

Kloop is a curated platform where parents can discover and book one-off workshops and enriching experiences for kids across Singapore. From art and STEM to baking, sports, nature and more, we handpick experiences that are fun, meaningful and easy to book.

  • Why should I book through Kloop?

We save you the time of searching across different websites and social media pages. Every experience on Kloop is thoughtfully curated, so you can discover and compare fun, meaningful experiences for your child all in one place. We also work with our partners to bring you exclusive experiences, offers and perks.

  • My child already attends enrichment classes. Why should I book experiences on Kloop?

Your child’s regular classes help them develop skills over time. Kloop gives them room to explore outside their usual routine. These one-off experiences give children exposure to new ideas, hobbies and challenges, while allowing them to discover different ways of learning.

  • Are these one-off workshops or do I need to sign up for a full-term course?

Most experiences on Kloop are one-off sessions, so there’s no long-term commitment. They’re perfect for weekends, school holidays, after-school activities, or simply letting your child explore a new interest before committing to regular classes.

  • Can my child really get something out of just one session?

A single experience can spark a new interest, build confidence and give your child exposure to something they may never have tried before. It’s also a great way to explore different interests before committing to a longer-term programme.

  • My child has never tried this before. Is that okay?

Many experiences are beginner-friendly and designed for children to explore something new in a fun, supportive environment. Each listing will let you know if any prior experience is required.

  • I’m not sure which experience is right for my child.

You can browse experiences on Kloop by age and category  to find something that fits your child. Each experience page also includes details such as the recommended age, duration, what your child will be doing and what to expect from the session.

Not sure where to start? Browse based on what your child already enjoys, or let them discover something completely new. Still not sure? Just drop us a question in the chatbox! Tell us a little about your child and what they enjoy, and we’ll be happy to recommend an experience.

  • Are the experiences suitable for parents to join too?

Some workshops are drop-off sessions, while others require or encourage parent participation. You’ll find this information on the individual experience page.

  • How are the experience providers selected?

We carefully curate the experiences on Kloop and work with providers, studios, experts and educators we believe offer quality experiences for kids. We look for experiences that are fun, meaningful and give children the chance to learn, explore or discover something new.

  • Is there any booking fee?

No. You’ll only pay the price shown for the experience. There are no hidden booking or service fees.

  • What happens after I book?

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the important details, including the venue, date and time.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

As bookings are confirmed with our experience providers, cancellations are generally not allowed. If you need to change your booking, we’re happy to reach out to the provider on your behalf to see if a reschedule is possible.

We’ll do our best to help, but rescheduling is subject to the provider’s availability and approval and cannot be guaranteed.

  • I can’t find what I’m looking for.
