About the experience:
It's all about active play with a purpose at Power Kids Gym! Your child will get to move, climb, jump and explore through a variety of stations including tumbling mats, climbing walls, single bars, obstacle courses, and even a mini zipline! Each activity is designed to build strength, coordination, balance, and confidence, all in a safe and supportive environment.
For 3 to 4.5 years old:Your little one will spend an action-packed session exploring a variety of fun challenges! From climbing walls and tumbling mats to relays and obstacle courses, they’ll get a taste of gymnastics and multi-sport activities all in one go. The trainers are there to guide, cheer, and encourage them every step, helping your child feel confident as they try new moves, practice basic ball skills, and tackle playful challenges. It’s all about fun, movement, and a little boost of independence.
For 4.5 to 10 years old: Your child will be guided through core gymnastic skills including handstands, forward and backward rolls, and single bar challenges in a fun and interactive way. The session encourages them to explore, practice, and build confidence at a pace that feels comfortable.
