About the experience:

A fun, hands-on 3-hour workshop where your child gets to discover the Japanese art of pressed flowers — Oshibana, and create their very own framed botanical masterpiece to bring home.

Through a mix of history, science, and creative art-making, children learn how flowers are preserved, reconstruct a rose petal by petal into a greeting card, and design their own nature-inspired frame around a garden theme. It's more than a craft session. It's a skill they can continue practising on their own at home.

As a special surprise, each child's pressed petals are mailed back to them via snail mail one week after the session, so the learning and fun continue beyond the studio!
Your child will also receive a handmade pressed flower bookmark crafted by artist Gladys when you book through Kloop!

Learning highlight:

Over the session, your child will develop a curiosity for nature and the art of preservation, learning to work with delicate botanicals with patience and intention. They'll build fine motor skills and creative confidence as they compose their own artwork, while picking up a sustainable craft skill.
